Pilot techniques, procedures, licenses.

The Private Pilot Licence (PPL) is the first, basic and the most important license obtained by a pilot. It allows him to fly single piston-engine airplanes with maximum takeoff weight not exceeding 5700 kg. The PPL(A) license (A – Airplanes) allows the pilot to fly under day-time Visual Flight Rules (VFR), also with non-paying passengers.

Most trainees have no prior experience in flying. It is important that the PPL training is maintained at a high level, as by definition it provides the foundation of pilot skills and the development of pilot traits. For this reason it is extremely important that from the start the future pilot should learn correct aircraft handling techniques, procedures, and self-control resulting from understanding of the philosophy of aviation safety.
